ABOUT ME
Sebastiano Monarca is the founder and head coach of SM Strength & Physique Coaching. Seb has been involved in and worked in the fitness industry as a coach for 7 years and has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from everyday fitness enthusiasts to aspiring athletes competing in bodybuilding and / or powerlifting competitions. Sebastian has himself competed in numerous powerlifting competitions, being declared sub-junior national champion in the under 83kg class and competed in his first bodybuilding show in Sept 2022.
Sebastians approach to training is simple; select movements that best align themselves with the outlined goal and execute with precision and intensity. Along the way you will be equipped with the knowledge to navigate, customise and be self sufficient with your exercise routine and nutrition practises.

SM Strength & Physique has a 24 hour cancellation policy which will be enforced if sessions are cancelled late. If you cancel your session outside of the 24 hour window no charge will be applied.

The number of sessions you do per week both with myself and on your own will be dependant on individual experience level, what you’re able to commit to and scheduling!
Generally a recommended starting point is 2-3 sessions per week, ensuring you have plenty of exposure and guidance to new exercises in order to develop the necessary knowledge to navigate your program effectively in a more efficient manner.

Two on one training is also inclusive of everything provided in the one on one training service.
