I started working with Seb in February 2023 with the primary goal of learning how to maximise my training and plan my nutrition to meet my goals.Over the last six months Seb has taught me how to maximise my exercise movements to get the most out of my training. I’ve also learned how to structure my nutrition to go through a gaining, cutting and maintenance phase. In addition to everything I’ve learned, I’ve been able to build muscle and strength.I’ve really enjoyed working with Seb. He’s been very open with sharing knowledge and he has made a lot of effort to support me and understand any barriers to my goals so we can address them.I would definitely recommend working with Seb if you’re looking for a trainer who will help you to level up your own understanding, improve your fineness and physique and will provide support throughout.

When I met Seb, I’d hardly ever set foot in a gym before, and I was anxious about how to get started. Seb was not only accommodating, but helped me to quickly thrive in the gym. After 9 months training with him, he’s helped me as I’ve grown stronger and more comfortable, and helped adapt my goals to suit me.

I have been training with Seb for almost 4 months now, and it has been awesome! I have learnt that patience, persistence and self discipline is very important when it comes to losing weight and getting stronger. I have become significantly more stronger since training with Seb, and he has taught me healthy eating habits to go along with it. I would highly recommend training with Seb as he is a great coach, caters to all your needs, is very experienced and is not afraid to have a laugh along the way.
