SM Strength & Physique has a 24 hour cancellation policy which will be enforced if sessions are cancelled late. If you cancel your session outside of the 24 hour window no charge will be applied.

The number of sessions you do per week both with myself and on your own will be dependant on individual experience level, what you’re able to commit to and scheduling!
Generally a recommended starting point is 2-3 sessions per week, ensuring you have plenty of exposure and guidance to new exercises in order to develop the necessary knowledge to navigate your program effectively in a more efficient manner.

Two on one training is also inclusive of everything provided in the one on one training service.
